What to expect
You may not receive our reset password email if emails to the address bounced in the past. When this happens, our system will automatically add your email address to a bounce list. This is why our system doesn’t attempt to resend any email to your email address.
Unblock yourself
- First, check your spam folder.
- Allowlist the email noreply@notifications.getpostman.com in your email client, or domain policy. Then, try to reset your password again.
If this doesn't help you get the password reset email, submit a support request.
