How to Remove an Add-on

Note: You need the Billing role to remove add-ons.

  1. Go to your billing dashboard.

  2. Select Edit plan > Modify Plan.

  3. In the Add-ons section, set the count of the specific add-on to 0.

  4. Select On renewal to apply changes at the next renewal.

  5. Select Next and confirm the changes.

Note: The team admin must remove the add-on access from users in the Product Access section before the renewal date for these instructions to take effect.
