How to resolve the error sorry, your access is blocked

You are experiencing the following issue

You can’t access any of the Postman services and you are seeing the error Sorry, your access is blocked.

What to expect

Postman services are suspended when there are overdue invoices.

How to unblock yourself

Go to Billing, select Invoices, and pay the outstanding invoices. Your plan will be reactivated automatically.

Submit a support request if you need additional help getting unblocked.
