What does session expired mean?
There are two reasons to see a Session Expired notification:
1) Your current Postman account login session has expired due to time
To address this, simply login again in either the Postman app, or web dashboard.
2) You have hit the concurrent login limit (max: 3) for your account, as outlined in our EULA.
Postman allows any account to be logged in 3 times simultaneously. You may run into this if:
a) You share your account credentials
b) You use Postman on multiple machines/environments
I can't login!
If you're logged out due to a session expiration and cannot log back into your account because:
- You forgot your password AND
- You can't reset your password as the email associated with your Postman account no longer exists (e.g. the email is a former company-email)
