You are experiencing the following issues

What to expect
- Postbot is a v11 feature and users or teams must upgrade to v11 to access it.
- Any Admin user can enable Postbot for free in the team’s Product access dashboard.
- Postbot is not available in Public and Partner workspaces.
Unblock yourself
To use Postbot, do the following:
- Upgrade to Postman v11.
- Send a request to your team’s Admin to enable Postbot. Admins can enable Postbot in the Product access dashboard. Learn how to manage access to add-ons in the Postman Learning Center.
Note: Once it’s enabled, all users with the Developer role can use Postbot across the team’s workspaces.
